Florian Courreau fell in love with chocolate at a very young age.
The son of a chocolatier, he spent nearly seventeen years honing his craft alongside his father, who passed down his expertise to him.
In 2006, together with his wife, he established his artisanal chocolate workshop in L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue.
