Barcodes

The Barcodes dialog box can be invoked from the SQROT Main Window via the Barcodes button, or via the menu item 'File | Barcodes'.

The Barcodes dialog box allows barcodes to be printed. Barcodes can then be used at a dance with a scanner connected to the rotation computer.

Dancers can check themselves In (Ready) or Out (Absent). Dancers wishing to sit out a tip can check themselves Out prior to the tip, then check themselves back In after the tip has been generated. See How to Use the Scanner - for Dancers.

Type
Select the type of barcode, either Bar 39 or Bar 128. Either barcode type should work on most scanners.

For Individual Barcode, select a barcode printer if you have one.

There are two tabs:

  1. Multiple Barcodes - print one or more pages of several barcodes.
  2. Individual Barcode - print a single barcode, for a function or a dancer.
