Fields:

Description

• The Description field must be specified.
• A description of the rotation. This might include the dance name, date, and/or the names of callers.

Four couples sitout if even squares

• In the case of exact squares, four couples are selected to sitout.

Limit to N squares

• Limits the number of squares to a selected value.
• Useful when the hall only holds N squares, but there are more than N squares of dancers.

Square number for "Always in Square N"

• Sets the square used to strategically place a single dancer in the rotation.
• Useful for placing the computer operator in the square closest to the computer, placing a certain dancer with a hearing issue near to a speaker, or placing a particular student close to the caller for extra help.
• Only one dancer per rotation may be designated to be placed "Always in Square N". The designated dancer is set by selecting the dancer wihtin the rotation, then opening the Edit - in this Rotation window.

Students must dance each tip

• When checked, 'Students' will be treated as 'Must Dance' whenever they are 'Ready'.

Students evenly distributed

• When checked, 'Students' will be evenly distributed among the squares.

Angels have sitout priority

• 'Angels' will be selected for sitouts prior to non-'Angels'.
• When checked, 'Angels' only dance if needed to fill a square.

Angels evenly distributed

• When checked, 'Angels' will be evenly distributed among the squares.

Tip Offset

• Number to add to tip # prior to display.
• Useful to display proper number of tips danced if, for example, the first danced tip is 'Open'.
• The Tip Offset can be negative, zero, or positive.

Star Tip A Text

• The text displayed for the title of 'star tip A'

Star Tip B Text

• The text displayed for the title of 'star tip B'

Dancer Info Flags

• Specifies whether ths field is show on the Dancer Info dialog box.
