| Maker Comments | To honour the cultural connection between Jamaica and Toronto, we have been on the look-out for a source of cacao from Jamaica for many years. In 2013, we connected with a wonderful plantation in St. Thomas Parish in the South East growing region of the island. This farm grows an exceptional crop of Trinitario beans that are carefully fermented & dried. Notes: Ripe raspberries & wildflower honey. |
