| Maker Comments | Rockstar with ego. A lick of roasted cocoa jumps into driving riffs of tart red fruits and lemon before stage-diving into nuts, tobacco and caramel. Short story: This is our second 'single-côte' chocolate, created from cocoa grown and harvested only on the 15-acre Pépinière côte (section) of our plantation in Saint Lucia. It's our largest côte, planted in a deep and natural valley beneath the spectacular Piton mountains, blessed with fabulously rich and fertile volcanic soil. |
