Maker CommentsThe nibs in question are bits of my carefully roasted Madagascan cocoa beans. They add a pleasing crunch, and nutty, chocolaty bursts of flavor--counterpoints to my smooth and rich 70% Madagascar dark chocolate. Enjoy.
