| Maker Comments | This is our second batch made with beans from Colombia. Like the first, it has a deep, rich chocolate flavor. This time, we went slightly heavier on the roast and longer on the conch, giving it a smooth, mellow finish. It makes a great introduction to dark chocolate. |
