This cocoa grows in yellow and granular pods in the Esmeraldas Province. The character of the chocolate: floral, spicy and twisted by hints of unripe walnut.

Tis cocoa reveals aromas of yellow fruits and a pinch of vanilla balanced by a taste of underwood.

This cocoa, with porcelain colored pods, is grown in the Maracaibo region. A chocolate with roasted aromas before nuts come and complete the vegetal notes, and then ends on a hot chocolate savor.
