Rare criollo/trinitario cacao from the Moho Valley in Belize. A fruity and floral chocolate, specifically with notes of tart pie cherries and honeysuckle blossoms -- and maybe a hint of peanut playing hide-and-seek? Some acidity, very little bitterness, and a smooth melt. Batch ID: 12391
