"Fruity" is one of a series of bars produced using beans from the Camino Verde plantation. Every bean from each bar in the series comes from the same plot, but through fermentation, cacao farmer, Vicente Norero has been able to highlight specific flavor notes inherant [sic] in his beans. From the Akesson Estate this single plantation bar is created from old Venezuelan stock brought to Madagascar. It boasts predominantly fruity tones, all the while maintaining a uniquely spicy undertone.
