Ocumare terroir 72% cocoa from Venezuela. This particular small cooperative Hacienda Cata organic Criollo is grown by small farmers with the utmost care. The chocolate has a nice variety of flavors such as roasted aromas of coffee with light fruitiness, reminiscent of cherry and raspberry.
