Ecuador is the home of the world-renowned Arriba Cocoa. Arriba Superieur is only harvested in the summer months to guarantee the best quality which is why we chose it for our J.D. Gross Plantation Dark Chocolate with 81% cocoa solids. Specially selected beans from a plantation close to the Rio Esmeralda in the north west of the country give the chocolate hints of the fruity, volcanic soil. A special treat for chocolate connoisseurs.
