In Italian, Amano means both "by hand" and "they love". It's an appropriate name for a chocolate crafted by hand with love. Amano Artisan Chocolate, founded in 2007 by Clark Goble and Art Pollard, is dedicated to reviving the art of making fine artisan chocolate from the bean.
