Rice flour is a finely ground powder of rice. The husk of rice or paddy is removed and raw rice is obtained. The raw rice is then ground to form rice powder, also known as rice flour.

Açaí: Açaí pulp, citric acid, citric pectin, potass sorbat [sic], and sugar. Brazil nut: Brazil nut, sugar, rice flakes.
Bacuri: Citric acid, citric pectin, potass sorbat [sic], sugar and bacuri pulp.
