 Crazy Daisy

Definition:

This is one of several similar routines called "Crazy Daisy" depending on the area: In doing a Grand Right and Left: No. 1 couples meets partner to turn back and start a wrong way grand. Then No. 2 couple meet partner to turn back and start a wrong way grand. Then No. 3 does the same followed by No. 4 until all are going wrong. All can pull by partners to an Allemande or can reverse the procedure of No. 1 couple turning back, etc. until all are doing a regular Right and Left Grand again. Another form of the Crazy Daisy had everyone in Grand Right and Left formation go forward two (right and left) and the No. 1 man (by the left) turned back, then all go forward two (with a right and left) and the No. 2 man by the left turned back, etc.
