 Ocean Chain

Definition:

From a squared set: Head ladies go in with a right arm turn about 3/4 around while the side ladies go to the right and right arm turn the head men about halfway so that a six-hand wave is formed (side men stand pat). In the wave, all turn half by the right, all look for opposite and do a left arm turn (or courtesy turn) with opposite. Then side ladies go in for an Ocean Chain to repeat the above. All finish with partners at home position.

Pete Sansom 1965
