 Swap Around

Definition:

From facing pairs: Right side persons walk across (as in Walk and Dodge) as left side persons flip (or "fold" or "run") into the adjacent right side spot that has just been vacated. Finishes with couples back to back. NOTE: This was one of the earliest movements that utilized the idea of one dancer moving into an adjacent spot that had just been vacated.

Ed Hollow 1965
