 Cross Your Neighbor

Definition:
 

From parallel waves: Those facing in do a "half cross circulate" and arm turn 3/4 with then adjacent arms. Those facing out do as in Follow Your Neighbor--i.e., flip into vacated adjacent spot and roll. Finishes in parallel two-faced lines.
