 Walk And Dodge

Definition:
 

From box formation: The dancers facing out of the box sidestep (Dodge) into the adjacent spot just vacated. The dancers facing another dancer's back Walk into the spot ahead just vacated. Finishes as couples back to back. BACKGROUND NOTE: Holman Hudspeth when he first wrote the movement, envisioned that it could also be done from facing couples--e.g., Boys Walk, Girls Dodge; or Girls Walk, Boys Dodge.
