Definition:
 

From parallel lines or waves: Partners or "Neighbors" Tag. New centers Turn Thru while those facing out turn back to form right hand waves. Those facing in weave by right shoulders then catch left int he center for a Single Hinge. Meanwhile those facing out Quarter Right to become ends of parallel waves.
