 Turn The Key

Definition:

Version #1

From a line of four: The Belle of each couples does a Fold. Finishes with facing pairs. (Pete Moser 1960)

COMMENT: This was an early step in the development of the "Fold" call.

Version #2

From facing lines: Ends Star Thru, California Twirl and U-turn back. Centers Square Thru four hands. Finishes in eight chain thru formation. (author unknown)

[Ed. note: neither of these calls bears any resemblance to the call we know today as "Turn The Key".]

Pete Moser 1960
