 Scoot Out

Definition:
 

From one quarter tag formation: Those in the center wave step forward and arm turn the outside couples half. Leave the outside couples facing out and come back to the center and re-form a wave. Finishes in 3/4 Tag formation.

COMMENT: This movement is called simply Scoot Back.
