 Ends Cut In / Centers Cut Out

Definition:
 

From parallel waves or lines: Active dancers (ends/centers) do a Cross Circulate as the others Fold or Flip into the vacated spot (On the Cross circulate, the ends "cut" in to become centers or the centers "cut" out to become ends).
