 All Eight Diamond Circulate
 Jay King  -  page 221

Definition:

From a thar or star promenade: All move forward one position with outsides crossing to the inside and the insides crossing to the outside. COMMENT: Same as Cross By for thars. For Star Promenades, use Half Sashay. Please note that a Diamond formation is not a star but has "centers" (people with arms joined) and "points."
