Definition:
 

Takes a full 32 counts (no more, no less): Heads Part: Walk three steps into the center and turn to face partner on the fourth step. Back up three steps and turn to face new partner on the fourth step. Back up three steps and turn to face the head position on the fourth step. Walk forward three steps and touch hands with the dancer coming toward you on the fourth count. Do not turn. Back up three steps and turn to face side position on fourth step. Walk forward three steps and turn to face the center of the set on the fourth step. Walk forward three steps and turn to face partner on the fourth step. Back up four steps to home with original partner. Sides Part: Begin by facing partner. Back up three steps and turn to face the head position on the fourth step. Walk forward three steps and turn to face the center of the set on the fourth step. Back up four steps to the side position. Do not turn. Walk into the center three steps and turn to face partner on the fourth step. Back up three steps and turn to face partner on the fourth step. Back up three steps and turn to face the side position on the fourth step. Walk forward to home three steps and turn to face the center of the set on the fourth step. (Note: Head and Side parts are done simultaneously--all eight dancers are working.)
