From facing lines: Belles step forward to form a left hand wave in the center. Do a Single Hinge and those now facing pull by with the free hand. Meanwhile, Beaux in the original lines Flip right into the vacated spots, then Quarter In to face each other and Turn Thru. Finishes in lines facing out.
