From parallel lines/waves with centers in mini waves: Centers Cast Off 3/4 and Spread; ends facing out 1/2 Circulate and Roll twice; ends facing in Circulate, Face In, and Extend to become centers of each half of a tidal wave/line (with their original tandem end).
