- From parallel waves or eight chain thru formation: All arm turn half, new centers arm turn 3/4 and ends Circulate half to form the three Motivate-type stars (two two hand and one four hand). The four hand star turns 3/4 as the others turn half. Then the center four arm turn 3/4 as the outsides move up to wave ends. Finishes in parallel waves. Note: Same as Motivate except the four hand star in the center turns 3/4 instead of one half.
