From parallel waves: Ends Circulate half as centers arm turn 3/4. In the six hand wave, two two hand stars and the center four hand star turn half. Inside four arm turn adjacent dancer 3/4 as the others move up to the nearest wave end. Finally do an all eight Circulate. Finishes in parallel waves.
Note: This is a Motivate with the All Eight Circulate at the end instead of at the beginning.
