Split Motivate (author unknown): From parallel waves: Do a Split Circulate then finish as in Motivate--i.e., ends Circulate half as centers arm turn 3/4, etc.

Cross Motivate (author unknown): From parallel waves: Do an All Eight Cross Circulate then finish as in Motivate--i.e., ends Circulate half as centers arm turn 3/4, etc.

Rotary Motivate (Bruce Stretton): From parallel waves: Do a Rotary Circulate then finish as in Motivate--i.e., ends Circulate half as centers arm turn 3/4, etc.
