 Change The Judge

Definition:
 

From facing lines: The two right ends meet in the center and right arm turn far enough so they can go to the end of the other line that is directly across from their starting spots and face out. Others in the line will quarter right, take one step forward and quarter right again. Finishes in lines facing out.
