From a one quarter tag formation: All Scoot Back, then outsides Quarter Right into twin diamond formation. All now Diamond Circulate. New outsides promenade one position in single file as the ends of the wave in the center Fold. The centers do a Box Circulate. Finishes in parallel waves.
