 Quarter The Deucey

Definition:
 

From two parallel waves: All Single Hinge. Centers of new waves Single Hinge. Ends facing out Circulate once and ends facing in Circulate half (to make a four hand star in the center). Turn the star one quarter and new adjacent ends Single Hinge as the other two people in the star step up to the end of a wave. Finishes in parallel waves (right hand finish as right hand and left as left).
