 Quarter Chain The Line

Definition:
 

From a Tidal Wave: Center two in each four hand wave do a Single Hinge and then spread apart as the exact center two of the Tidal Wave Trade. Those same center two now Single Hinge with the ends of the Tidal Wave. Finishes in parallel left hand waves (if started from right hand) and vice versa.
