 Diamond Choreography

Definition:

A Diamond consists of four people, two of whom are "centers" (usually so identified because they have just performed a move that required them to join arms) and two of who are called "points." They may be regular diamonds (four dancers face the same direction) or facing diamonds (two opposite dancers face one way and the other two face the opposite way).

This definition is from The Handbook of Modern Square Dancing by Jay King.
