From an arky thar (two girls, two men in the center): Centers turn the star once and a half as the outsides (letting go hands with centers) circulate once and then U-turn back to circulate once and then U-turn back again to arm turn half with the center dancer in the star. This is repeated three times (different centers and outsides each time).
