From a squared set: All walk past corner (passing right shoulders) and turn next (opposite) by the right halfway, go back home passing corner left shoulders (men stay on the outside) and turn partner by the left, walk past corner again and turn opposite half by the right, then go home past corner, catch partner by the left and take the next call.
