Definition:
 

From parallel waves: All Swing. The centers Arm Turn 3/4 while the ends 1/2 Circulate, to create a star between two mini-waves. The star turns 1/4, while the others Trade. The center four dancers in the 6-person wave now Cast Off 3/4, while the others move up (as in Hourglass Circulate). Ends in parallel waves.

Definition:
 

From parallel waves or eight chain thru formation (if done from eight chain thru formation, the first arm turn is by the right): All arm turn half, then centers arm turn 3/4. Ends facing out circulate half to form the ends of a six hand wave across the set. Two ends facing in step ahead and form a four hand star with the center two in the six hand wave. Ends of six hand wave turn adjacent dancer half and the four hand star makes a one quarter turn. Center four in the six-hand wave now do a 3/4 arm turn as the other four dancers step ahead (circulate half) to become wave ends. Finishes in parallel waves.
