From a (R-H) tidal wave: Start a Relay the Shadow [i.e. All Arm Turn 1/2 (right); center six Cast Off (left) 3/4]; new ends and very centers finish a normal Relay the Shadow (outsides Counter Rotate then Hinge & Spread with very centers); infacers in the remaining four Extend and Trade as outfacers do a wide Split Circulate 1 & 1/2 to form parallel diamonds.
