From a static set: Four Ladies Star Left one full turn, men Promenade (clockwise) outside 1/2 way, Men Run, all Promenade 1/4 and face in (as a couple). This is a 16 beat sequence. Repeat for 32 beat sequence (all 1/2 way around). Repeat twice more for 64 beat sequence ending at home.

Definition:
 

From a static set: Ladies Star Left full around; Men (Wrong Way) Promenade (Left) 1/2 way; Men Run right around opposite lady; All Promenade 1/4 (and Bend). Repeat sequence 3 more times. (64 beats)
