Definition:

ID: 864: From a one quarter tag formation: Do a Change a Web but the two four hand stars are turned exactly once so that the inactives (with the left hand person of the inactives in the lead) can break out of the star to form a line. Finishes in facing lines of four.; Lee Billow 1969
