From a tidal wave, tidal line, tidal 2-faced line: Very centers Hinge then walk forward to hook on the end of a new tidal formation as other six do a Turn, Step, Turn toward the center of the formation (in a Turn & Deal type action).

From Mini-Wave Columns.

Ends Arm Turn 3/4 and Spread apart to become #1 and #4 in a Tidal Line, as #2 Concentric 1/2 Zoom and Counter Rotate 1/4 to become #2 in a Tidal Line. as #3 1/2 Circulate, Arm Turn 1/4 & Spread to become #3 in a Tidal Line.

Comments and Examples:

The Centers part is a Peel And Hinge (1/2 Zoom & Lockit), then slide out to become the Centers of each side in a Tidal Line. #2 in the Column becomes #2 in the Tidal Line; #3 in the Column becomes #3 in the Tidal Line.
