 Ferris Anything
 Jay King  -  page 231

Definition:

Version #1

From parallel two faced lines: Those facing in step forward to form a two faced line in the center. Everyone now does the "Anything" Call (Those facing out must do the "Anything" call with "phantoms"). (author unknown 1975) [Ed. note: Don Beck claims this as his.]

Version #2

From parallel two faced lines: Those facing in step forward to form a two faced line in the center (Ferris) while those facing out Wheel and Deal to face in. Those in the center two faced line now take the Anything call (No phantom couple is involved). (suggested by Will Orlich 1975)

COMMENT: Version #2 appears preferable. One way to distinguish between the two is to use the term "Phantom" if Version #1 is intended. [Ed. note: this is not how history saw fit to play out.]
