From a square set: Sides Face, do first 7 beats of Grand Square, meet and Do Sa Do then Star Thru (16 beats); meanwhile, heads Walk forward, Turn Thru, Face Partners & Left Turn Thru, step to side position and Partner Trade & Roll (16 beat). Dance is 1/4 through; heads and sides have exchanged places and roles. Do 3 more times to end at home. All do each part twice.

From parallel line/waves: Centers Trade & Spread (Cross Run) as ends facing out Split Circulate (Cross Roll to a Wave for these six); ends facing in Diagonal Circulate to center of other line/wave.

Definition:
 

From parallel waves, 2-faced lines, or other allowable formations: Center dancers Trade & Spread as ends facing out Flip into the spot vacated by the adjacent center; simultaneously, the end facing in does a Diagonal Circulate into the farthest center position of the opposite foursome. Right-hand waves become left-facing 2-faced lines; right-facing 2-faced lines become right-hand waves.
