From a static set: Designated (Heads) Ladies Start a 3/4 Chain but their partners join the star behind them, when (head) ladies meet their original corners and (head) men meet their original right-hand ladies all men Courtesy Turn ladies to form momentary facing lines (in the head direction); all Flutterwheel.

 Cross And Spin

Definition:
 

From facing couples: Girls Cross And Spin -- girls cross over (passing inside shoulders--i.e., left shoulders) to arm turn the boy 3/4 and form a wave. Boys Cross And Spin -- boys cross over (passing right shoulders) to arm turn the girl 3/4 and form a left hand wave.

From parallel waves or eight chain thru formation: All arm turn half, new centers arm turn 3/4 and ends Circulate half. The dancer who is closest to the end of the six hand wave does a Run and the two in the center of the wave step out around behind the lonesome two to take them as partners. All now circulate half. Finishes in parallel two faced lines.
