Turn the star 3/4 then new diamond points Tag Thru and Quarter Right while the centers of the diamond arm turn 3/4. Finishes in parallel two faced lines.

From parallel two faced lines: Those facing in Pass Thru (barely) with each other on the diagonal. Couples facing out Wheel and Deal. Finishes in eight chain thru formation (with a little fudging). NOTE: Not a Wheel Thru variation in spite of the name.
