Definition:
 

From eight chain thru formation: Do a Centers Out. Arm turn half with the centers to form lines with centers facing in and ends facing out. Then do a (gimmicky) Scoot Back (those facing in turn thru with opposite and those facing out fold and then adjust into a right hand wave with those coming out of the center). Finishes in parallel waves.
