 Grand Slide 

Definition:
 

Same as Grand Square except that dancers do not
change their facing direction during the call.

Comments and Examples:

A Stable Grand Square.

 Grand Slide 

Definition:
 

Heads Part: Like a Grand Square except there is no turning. Walk into the center four steps, slide (sideways) to the side position four steps, back up four steps, then slide to the head position to reverse the procedure and return home.

Sides Part: Face partner and back up four steps. Slide sideways to the head position in four steps. Walk into the middle in four steps and then slide out to the side position in four steps to reverse the procedure and return home.

From lines facing in or out: Couples Hinge then Weathervane 1/4, 1/2 or 3/4 as per the call.

 Wheel To A Line 

Definition:
 

From a double pass thru or completed double pass thru formation: Lead couple wheels right and trailing couple wheels left. Finishes in lines of four facing out or in.
