 Alamo Style 

Definition:
 

A circle of dancers that are facing alternately in and out--all have hands joined (either hands up with palms together or forearm holds). This formation was part of an entire dance: Allemande Left in the Alamo Style, right to partner and balance awhile. Balance in and balance out, turn by the right hand half about, balance out and balance in, turn by the left you're gone again, balance forward and balance back, turn by the right on the inside track, balance out, back to the land, turn by the left do a right and left grand.

 Grand Sashay 

Definition:
 

From a Right And Left Grand Formation (e.g., after Allemande Left).

Dosado, right pull by;
Seesaw, left pull by;
Dosado, right pull by;
Seesaw, left pull by.

Ends in a Right And Left Grand Formation.

Comments and Examples:

Same as Right And Left Grand except that a
Dosado or Seesaw (left-shoulder Dosado)
is inserted before each pull by.

The Burleson's definition says to bow before each pull by.

From Grand Right and Left formation: Dosado partner, give a right to her and pull by, Seesaw the next, give a left to her and pull by, Dosado the next, etc. until meet partner and all take the next call.
