From parallel waves: Those facing out do a half Split Circulate. Those facing in step in and Single Hinge by "non adjacent" arms. Finishes in parallel waves.

 Follow The Deucey 

Definition:
 

From parallel waves: Those facing in step straight ahead and arm turn 3/4 (with inside hands) as those facing out do half of a Split Circulate and then Circulate once. Finishes in parallel two faced lines. NOTE: A Follow Thru then Acey Deucey.
